The flexobot doesn’t actually exist. There is only one: your flexobot.

The choice of your cell is based on your expected operating conditions. Due to the high flexibility of the flexobot, we recommend considering not only current but also future scenarios. In any case, we will provide you with comprehensive advice to determine the optimum robot cell for your needs. In addition to load capacity and reach, the choice of robot also has an impact on other operating conditions.

The first step is to select the basic cell with the corresponding 6-axis robot:

Thanks to the selectable option with air cushion technology, you can move the flexobot effortlessly and set it up efficiently at its new location using our calibration solution. This ensures maximum flexibility and efficiency.

Moving the user interface to a separate HMI opens up new possibilities for you: Language switching, an improved overview of the process history, the integration of an RFID user login and predictive maintenance analysis with our roboDiagnostics tool. Thanks to the industry-leading hollow arm technology in combination with our quick-change coupling for gripper systems, there is no need for external cable and hose routing. This enables extremely compact gripper designs that are ideal for tight spaces.
