Your responsibilities

  • You support our customers by phone and remote access.
  • You adapt and optimize PLC and robot programs and commission them – remotely and directly on site at our customers’ facilities.
  • You carry out measurements, troubleshoot faults and make minor modifications to control cabinets.
  • You document your work in our internal ticketing system.
  • You manage service projects independently.

What you bring to the team

  • Completed technical vocational training or a degree, e.g. in mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation technology
  • Sound PLC programming skills
  • Experience with robot systems and robot programming
  • Good understanding of pneumatic systems
  • A high level of initiative and a passion for solving complex technical problems
  • Willingness to travel approx. 20–30% and a valid Class B driving licence
