The serial production of medical secretion bags required maximum precision, seamless quality controls and continuous 24/7 operation.
Our solution: A highly automated system with over 50 production steps, which is directly connected to the injection molding machines and integrates complex assembly processes, state-of-the-art welding techniques and comprehensive quality checks.
A flawless secretion bag is produced, checked and documented every 5.5 seconds - efficiently and reliably.
