Last week at robomotion, we didn’t just work – we also took the time to enjoy a good moment together.

To celebrate his milestone birthday, our Managing Director baked for the entire team himself. The result: almost 100 traditional Swabian bread rolls (“Knauzen”), plus Thuringian sausages. (Yes, it really was as good as it sounds.) Thanks, Jan!

It was one of those moments that simply fits:
coming together for a short break, sharing good food, chatting for a bit – and then getting back to work. Uncomplicated, direct, and together. That’s how we like it.

And when the boss has flour on his hands, it says a lot about how things work here:
hands-on, on equal footing, without much hierarchy.

Of course, it didn’t stay one-sided.
The team had a gift prepared as well: a custom-designed, 3D-printed flexobot, created in-house – plus tickets for a VfB Stuttgart match. A perfect fit, as football fans are definitely not in short supply around here.
