With its slim, triangular footprint, the flexobot fits into any type of injection molding machine – both on the operator side and on the opposite side. The 1-metre deep cell with integrated 6-axis robot, control unit, application plates, operating units and control cabinet can be moved in an instant.
One minute assembling several individual parts, the next printing and optical quality control of molded parts? No problem. Simply replace the application plate and, if necessary, conveniently move the flexobot to the desired machine using an air cushion, calibrate briefly – and you’re ready to go.
Adapts to
The flexobot is available with various options. In the first step, the basic platform with a 6-axis robot from KUKA or NACHI is selected – according to your requirements. Then, in a second step, parts transport, applications, air cushions, etc. are defined. This modular approach makes it possible to realize an individual solution in a short time and at low cost.

The flexobot is perfect for – well – almost anything: from flexible small-batch production to the automation of 24/7 series production. Connections via Euromap 67 and 73 ensure smooth communication with almost any injection molding machine.
Make sure everything fits
Quality assurance directly at the injection molding machine. The flexobot removes the molded parts directly from the mold, subjects them to a visual inspection and separates them based on the stored parameters. Unnecessary quality losses in the bulk material ejection are a thing of the past.
Fits into the balance sheet
flexobot has a long service life and can significantly increase both the flexibility and productivity of existing injection molding machines. When changing products, only the tool on the injection molding machine and the gripper and application pallet on the flexobot need to be replaced. The investment is made for a long service life and therefore not just for one project, but for many. The actual costs are therefore assessed across all projects using the machine hourly rate. Only the costs for the gripper and application plate are incurred for each project.
