At robomotion, training means hands-on experience, innovation, and teamwork. We offer young technology enthusiasts the opportunity to dive into the world of robot-assisted automation – with real projects, exciting challenges, and excellent future prospects.

Currently, we are celebrating a newly qualified mechatronics technician who has recently successfully completed his training. And the next generation of talent is already waiting in the wings. For several years, we have been training young talents and offering them a future in automation technology.

A solid education requires a strong mix of theory and practice. At robomotion, you start with a solid foundation: In your first year, you’ll learn the basics full-time at the GARP training center to prepare yourself optimally for the challenges ahead. From the second year onward, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, working on real automation projects for our customers at our site in Leinfelden.

To acquire the necessary expertise, our trainees apply their knowledge in hands-on training projects.
One example is an exciting trainee project where a robot had to learn how to stack cans – a task that required everything: design, programming, and fine-tuning. The video gives a small glimpse into the technical challenges our trainees tackle.
